Abstract: Knowledge management (KM) can support small
and medium enterprises and individual professionals to
access information and knowledge on recent developments
and innovations in their field, and to share the best practices
available. It is particularly important for the healthcare
professional field where a lot of changes appear and
professionals need to be aware of them in order to better
help people. This paper presents a concept and a prototype
of a web-based KM platform in support of the Bulgarian
community of professionals in the field of Optometry and
Eye Optics. |
